Perfectly positioned as a base for exploring the unique Tweed region, with it's ancient rainforests, mountains, national parks and waterfalls, Agua Tranquila B&B is only ten minutes drive from Gold Coast airport and the clubs and shops of Tweed Heads and the Southern Gold Coast. In addition, we are only minutes away from an enormous array of restaurants and clubs, where you can select from bistro style meals to full silver service dining.

We also have our own in-house tour guide and operate small-group 4WD tours to all the World Heritage Listed National Parks in the Tweed region. You don't have to be staying with us to take one of our tours either.

We take you where other tours don't go. Day tours or longer trips, camping overnight or a full Outback adventure ~ we tailor the experience to suit your needs and budget.

Agua Tranquila caters for a maximum of 4 people in 2 rooms: both with QS beds. Rooms share the bathroom facilities, however we only book one party at a time so if 1 couple chooses to stay with us they will have the guest quarters to themselves.

Tariff includes a full hot breakfast.

• Evening meals on request.  Private, or dine with us - it’s your choice.
• Fishing on the Tweed - hire a boat for an hour or a day, no licence is required.
• Seaplane joy-flights - straight from our own beach (advance booking essential)
• Complimentary transfers to/from Gold Coast Airport, Murwillumbah Rail and Tweed Heads Bus Terminal.
